MEJILLONES A LA PROVENZAL

Succulent Penn Cove mussels, sautéed with garlic, parsley, white wine, lemon juice.

TRIO DE CHORIZOS

Our homemade argentine sausage, morcilla (bodin noir) and lamb sausage grilled and served with broiled onions, peppers and chimichurri.

LANGOSTINOS

Wild Patagonian prawns, sautéed with garlic, parsley and piquant aji pepper flakes. Finished with a splash of cognac.

MOLLEJAS

Tender grilled sweetbreads.

CHICHARRONES

Cubes of marinated ribeye steak, pan fried, crispy on the outside, tender inside, chimichurri.

Fire roasted bone marrow, agrodolce red onions, toast.

LASAGNA

Homemade spinach pasta, traditional Bolognese meat ragu, parmesan.

SORRENTINOS

Mar del Plata specialty, rounds of fresh egg pasta stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, prosciutto and walnuts, served in a light cream sauce, parmesan au gratin.

PASTEL GALES

(Welsh Shepperd’s Pie)
Brought to Patagonia by the welsh immigrants in the 19th century, Columbia River Farms natural lamb, carrots, onions and fresh herbs topped with scalloped potatoes.

MATAMBRE AL HORNO

Marinated flank steak stuffed with roasted vegetables, pancetta, hard boiled eggs and spices, baked in his own natural jus, sliced and served with fingerling potatoes.

PERDIZ

Free range partridge, stuffed with homemade argentine chorizo and toasted brioche crumbs, baked in a light demiglace served with sweet potato puree.

We proudly serve only Meyer's Ranch natural grass fed angus beef. All our grill entrees include your choice of two side dishes, (except Pulpo a las Brasas).

Natural skin on fried potatoes, you may also order them "a la provenzal" tossed with sea salt, parsley and fresh garlic.

Creamy mashed potatoes, and if you prefer with a splash of white truffle oil on top.

OSSO BUCO

Slowly roasted veal shanks with a savory beef demi-glace, turnips, carrots and onions finished over the stove top to concentrate the jus, served over a bed of saffron risotto.

GNOCCHI CON CONEJO

House made potato gnocchi in a delicate rabbit sugo, with roasted fennel and carrots.

MILANESA

Beef cutlet, marinated in garlic, parsley and eggs, breaded then pan fried served with frites. You may order it “a caballo” with two fried eggs on top (sorry no temperature on the eggs).
